Domestic manufacturers from low-end car gauge MCU chip, some areas have realized domestic replacement. By the end of 2020, the company's cabin IVI SoC chip has been assembled for hundreds of models, with a cumulative shipment of over 200 million pieces. The new generation of intelligent cabin core AC8015 has also achieved mass production. Cooperative customers include SAIC Motor, Guangzhou Automobile, Changan Automobile, Chery Automobile, Beijing Automobile, Zhengzhou Nissan and other car manufacturers. By 2021, the cumulative shipment has exceeded 200K, and the shipment is expected to exceed one million by the end of 2022. At the same time, the company broke the monopoly of foreign manufacturers for many years, the second generation of vehicle gauge MCU chip began to mass production, the new generation of ISO26262 functional safety of vehicle gauge MCU chip has also entered the research and development stage, is expected to be introduced into customer product development in 2022, It is one of the few professional automotive chip suppliers in China that can realize large-scale production.
In the field of middle and high-end vehicle MCU chip, electronic power steering system, electronic body stability system, anti-lock brake system, airbag system, new energy vehicle inverter, battery management system and so on as the main application scenario, the current domestic manufacturers technical strength is relatively weak, but some manufacturers have gradually realized technological breakthrough, with the ability of domestic replacement. In December 2021, Xinhai Technology announced that it intends to raise 290 million yuan for the development of car-gauge MCU chip. It is expected that the future sales volume will reach more than 200 million, realizing the comprehensive coverage of power domain, chassis domain, body domain, infotainment system and intelligent cockpit. In addition, CCFC2003PT and CCFC2006PT series chips of Sinomic Technology have also realized engine control, while Sinomic Micro has certain strength in vehicle networking and radar control chips, which is expected to gradually realize domestic replacement in the future.
