Anson Beauty CMOS image sensor in the industrial field of new breakthrough
Anson Beauty offers a rich and diverse selection of image sensors, from VGA to 45 megapixels, covering the needs of machine vision applications. This time, Anson presented the XGS series of CMOS image sensors, Including based on the XGS 5000(5.3 megapixel 2592 x 2048), XGS12000(12 megapixel 4096x3072), XGS 16000(16 megapixel 4000x4000) and flagship XGS 45000(4470 8192x5460), capable of running 8K video at a frame rate of 60 frames per second. These image sensors provide frame rates at multiple resolutions and 12-bit image quality. The advanced XGS family of devices is based on an innovative 3.2 micron global shutter pixel that delivers excellent image quality and consistency even at high resolution.
In addition, Anson also showcased the popular AR0234CS image sensor. The 2.3-megapixel 1/2.6 inch image sensor uses global shutter technology to output full resolution images at 120 frames per second and is ideal for creating binocular stereo applications for depth measurements. In many 3D binocular vision solutions or structured light solutions, Anson Beauty AR0234, AR0135, PYTHON, TOF and other products are widely used. The latest generation of 4K resolution 3840x2160(16:9), stackBSI based shutter CMOS sensor also appeared. They support multiple trigger modes, multi-camera synchronous scene switching, and automated/user-controlled black level correction (BLC). One of the 4K sensors supports high dynamic range (" eHDR ") from three exposures on the chip and can output up to 120 dB of dynamic range data on the chip. It is reported that Anson's solution of using ASIC chip on CMOS image sensor chip to achieve eHDR is currently leading in the industry, providing better image details in the scene with high contrast, and greatly saving the resources of back-end processing chip.
